    Social CRM provider QuestBack this week launched Listen & Act, a social engagement tool that the company says enables businesses to quickly sort messages, view levels of influence and utilize engagement tools such as surveys and communities to offer customers experiences based on their inquiries and preferences.

    Integrated with QuestBack's feedback and social engagement platform, Listen and Act offers keyword monitoring, groups interactions by common themes, and incorporates sentiment analysis and Klout Score so companies can easily identify key influencers.

    The tool also combines unstructured social media data with structured data from CRM systems in a central "people data hub" to give companies a more complete view of customer activity. Questback says its tool integrates with software from Salesforce.com, SAP and Microsoft Dynamics, among others.

  • Fiserv Launches Mobile Application for UChoose Rewards Program | Participants can use their smartphones to check and redeem points and scan merchandise to check availability

    Fiserv, Inc. FISV -0.67% , a leading global provider of financial services technology solutions, today launched a mobile application for its award-winning UChoose Rewards(R) debit and credit card rewards program. UChoose Rewards participants can now use a mobile application to check and redeem their reward points. Participants can also scan UPC codes on merchandise in a store to determine if the item is available through their rewards program and how many points are required to purchase it. UChoose Rewards participants can download the mobile application from Google Play for use on Android(TM) devices or iTunes(R) for use on iPhone(R) or iPad devices.

    "Card usage is extremely important in a rewards program. Adding innovative, engaging capabilities like mobile reward redemption helps increase loyalty to that card," said Holly Krest, senior vice president, Loyalty Solutions, Fiserv. "UChoose Rewards participants use their cards for 50 percent more transactions as compared to their non-participating peers."
