Vista Bank seeks to increase interaction with customers and participating area merchants

BuzzBanking, the provider of the BuzzPoints Social Rewards Program, announced that Lubbock's Vista Bank has launched the BuzzPoints program for all ten South Plains' locations that include two in Lubbock as well as Abernathy, Crosbyton, Hale Center, Idalou, Lorenzo, Petersburg, Plainview and Rawls.

Vista Bank is celebrating its 100-year anniversary and will use the comprehensive BuzzPoints Social Rewards Program to increase interaction with customers and participating area merchants. Customers who shop with local BuzzPoints Merchants earn reward points and when they share that experience with their online friends, they earn additional points that can be redeemed for gift cards.

BuzzPoints is a winner for area merchants who sign up to participate in the program with Vista Bank. They can promote selected products and locations at specific times, create a buying club, gain higher levels of repeat business, increase customer loyalty and receive more referrals. The program is automated and does not require any paper coupons, training for in store staff or changes to POS systems.
