marcus evans presented the Brand Couture conference that took place from the 19th - 21st of March 2012 in Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel, Singapore. Brand Couture focused on delivering the latest cutting-edge innovations, offering winning insights to the customer psyche, and changing the way marketing is looked at by the entire organisation.
The three days agenda included a choice of two streams over two days and a third day workshop: Customer Engagement. The streams for the first two days of conference were Consumer Insights & Branding and New Age Media & Advertising.
The third day workshop focused on enlightening participants on the latest in customer engagement through marketing, loyalty and retention practices, via online and offline channels. Through a mix of case study presentations, exercises and group discussions, this workshop equipped participants with the skills and tools to create experiences that allow companies to build deeper, more meaningful and sustainable interactions and drive greater customer engagement with their brands.
