OpinionLab Unveils Mobile Speaker Feedback For ACCELERATE 2011

OpinionLab, the pioneer and global leader in Voice of Customer (VoC) innovation, debutted new mobile speaker feedback capabilities at the ACCELERATE 2011 conference in San Francisco. Through OpinionLab, every participant can quickly access a mobile comment card to rate presentations and share their comments in their own words. All feedback is delivered in real time to each speaker, as well as to the conference organizers to feed leader boards, populate a peer-reviewed speaker index and guide speaker selection for future ACCELERATE events.
