Dubai eGovernment Department Received 82% Satisfaction Ratings For Its Web Portal In Ongoing CSAT Survey
Preliminary Results Of Dubai.ae Survey Indicate An 82% Customer Satisfaction Rate

Dubai eGovernment Department revealed an 82% customer satisfaction rate from over 1000 respondents, for an ongoing Dubai.ae survey that started in early October 2011 and will continue till the end of the year. Giving some preliminary details of the survey, H.E. Ahmed Bin Humaidan, Director General of Dubai eGovernment said that so far, over 1000 respondents have taken part, with at least 60% from the government sector. Over 50 % of the respondents visited Dubai.ae at least once a week. Their preliminary results show an overall satisfaction rate of over 82% which indicates that a majority of our customers are satisfied with Dubai.ae, the official portal of Dubai Government.
