Customer Satisfaction Survey Results Give Freightquote.com a 20 Percent Increase in Their Net Promoter Score
Freightquote.com, the largest online freight broker in the nation, recently surveyed more than 45,000 customers who did business with us last year. Using the Net Promoter methodology, an industry accepted standard, we were able to effectively gauge our customer satisfaction. Of those who responded, 77 percent gave us the high scores of 9 or 10 when asked if they would recommend Freightquote.com to a business partner. This percentage increased our overall rating to 66 percent — a 20 percent increase from last year. According to other published Net Promoter scores, this ranks Freightquote.com among some of the top U.S. companies.
