Low Cost Carriers Improving Their C-Sat Scores While Traditional Network Carriers Decreasing Their C-Sat Scores
Continental outshines United in airline customer satisfaction poll
According to a J.D. Power and Associates survey, it has been revealed that among low-cost carriers, satisfaction averaged 751 on a 1,000-point scale in 2011 - a five-year high. Customer satisfaction with traditional network carriers averaged 651, 16 points below a high-water mark for major carriers in 2006.
